Hey guys, how are you doing? I’ve missed you. And I’ve missed this little space here, so I’m glad to say that I’m back with new posts. It’s summer – the best time for blog photos and just a couple of weeks ago, Me Made May ended. During which I finally found a nice corner in my oh-so-tiny room to take photos in.

I didn’t manage to take photos of all my outfits, but 8 of them made it to instagram and I have to show you, because a) I really missed blogging and b) I made this amazing golden bomber jacket which I can’t hide any longer :-)

I am also glad to say, that I started sewing and knitting again. I’ve been feeling super restless all of last summer and just never had the patience to sit down quietly to craft. Now my power is back and it feels amazing! Looking forward to new blog posts – some are already finished, waiting to be published.

Handmade necklace, upcycled flea market sweater and a topshop skirt that I lengthened. It’s interesting how the few pieces in my closet that I didn’t make have still been altered by me in some way :)

Golden bomber jacket (pattern from an old issue of Burda magazine), self-drafted knit skirt

Self-drafted floral mini skirt

Handmade cowl by my friend, that golden Bomber jacket again (<3), dress from the flea market that I plan to add pockets to, because I miss them in all my non-handmade dresses

Floral Françoise dress by Tilly and the Buttons, striped Plantain tee by Deer & Doe

self-drafted sweater (that I still don’t know how to combine nicely)

Striped Deer & Doe Plantain tee and handmade cowl by my friend

THAT BOMBER JACKET AGAIN! <3 <3 <3

So that was it. I am looking forward to a summer of sewing and knitting. How was your Me-Made-May? And are you taking part in #summerofbasics? It’s such a fabulous idea, I’m tempted to give it a try.
